Boarding/Lodging
- There will be an interest free security deposit of Rs. 1 lac & 1.5 lacs respectively for single and double room occupancy. It will be refunded upon the resident demitting the room after adjusting any dues from the resident.
- Minimum period of stay in the house will be 6 months. They will pay the entire amount for six months even if they leave earlier.
- The Committee has the right to waive off one time donation for life membership in some deserving cases. In such cases regular donation on monthly basis will be as follows:
Covers Expenses For

Administration, security, garden maintenance, electricity, including full power backup, water etc.
- Food etc to include morning tea, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner (Subject to periodic review by Management). Milk and seasonal fruits form a part of the menu.
Common Services
- Residents will pay for the electricity consumption on gadgets like geysers, AC, Coolers, Refrigerators etc based on the meter installed for each room for the purpose.
- During absence from the home, residents will continue to pay their monthly contribution as applicable plus 25% of the boarding charges to cover fixed expenses of the kitchen.
- The tariff will increase 10% per year.
Cable T.V
- Residents will pay for the use of Cable TV in their rooms to the party who has provided the connection.
Telephone Charges
- Residents will pay for the use of telephone from their extension as per computer details for the purpose of MTNL rate.
